The Challenge
25 international hires, one previous failure
TXM Recruit's end-client, a leading logistics automation company, needed 25 maintenance engineers recruited from Mexico and relocated to US facilities within a compressed timeframe. Previous recruitment attempts had failed — candidates dropped out due to incomplete visa documentation, poor preparation for English-language requirements, and a disconnect between expectations and the realities of international relocation.
Each candidate required one to two months of intensive nurturing: passport validity checks, English-language assessment, relocation willingness confirmation, visa documentation review, and ongoing Q&A on logistics, timelines, and compensation. With a pipeline of 60-80 candidates needed to yield 25 hires, TXM faced a choice between hiring additional recruiters or finding a way to automate the process without losing the human touch.
The Approach
400 conversations, zero extra recruiters
Popp embedded directly into TXM's candidate engagement flow via WhatsApp, branded as TXM and their end-client. Automated knockout criteria filtered candidates on passport validity, English-language literacy, willingness to relocate, and visa readiness. Candidates who passed screening received 24/7 Q&A support on relocation logistics, hiring timelines, visa processes, and compensation – without requiring a recruiter to be online.
Popp analysed over 500 CVs against the role's essential hiring criteria – experience, certifications, and qualifications – then ran conversational screening with more than 400 candidates. Eighty-one interviews were auto-scheduled with automated transcription, and only candidates who met every knockout criterion were escalated to TXM recruiters, keeping human effort focused on high-value conversations.

The Result
$190k in new revenue unlocked, in just 14 days
TXM delivered 50 qualified candidates to their end-client within 14 days of the role going live. All 25 positions were filled, meeting 100% quota achievement on a project that had previously failed. Overall, the engagement generated TXM $190k in revenue that they were otherwise unable to secure, in just a few weeks.
By automating candidate conversations, CV analysis, and interview scheduling, Popp eliminated the equivalent of three months' full-time recruiter work; without Popp, TXM estimate the project would also have required close to $100k in temporary staffing. Instead, Popp is now embedded across TXM's entire business, with six active divisions using the platform and new use cases – from high-volume technical hiring to specialist engineering roles – are added regularly.
