Our response time SLA is 24 hours (although we work hard to reply on the same day). Our pricing is customised to every client and is made up of 2 main components charged as a single fee.
- Firstly, a fixed annual license that captures setup, training, and continuous technical support;
- Secondly, a fixed annual fee based on your projected usage of Popp each year.
The only other possible addition may also be an additional charge for any custom integration work that may be required, for example in the case of an ATS that you have built yourself and is not included in our list of supported ATS or CRM providers.
